Meet Gigii
Gigii Williams is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, and Certified Life Coach who was born and raised on St. Croix, US Virgin Islands. She fell in love with health and fitness in 2018 when she decided to make it a priority in her own life.
In 2014 Gigii tore the ACL in her left knee and shortly after that in 2017, she tore the ACL in her right knee. Due to depression, stress eating, and inactivity, she had become the heaviest she had ever been in her life in 2018. She could not walk or stand for more than 5 minutes. Gigii used a difficult time as a catalyst to dedicate herself to improving her health. The gym became her happy place and she built a healthy relationship with food where she used it as nourishment and was still able to enjoy the foods she loved while being fit and healthy. Her pursuit of self-love motivated her to realize her ultimate purpose: helping others to also improve their quality of life and become their BEST SELVES. This desire to change the world, one life at a time, drove Gigii to obtain her certifications. This foundation developed into the birth of her brand, BodyCamp by Gigii.
As a coach, Gigii develops programs to help individuals mentally and physically by focusing on helping them create a sustainable healthy lifestyle versus just a quick fix. She instills confidence by teaching clients that it's okay be both a work in progress and a masterpiece simultaneously. Determined to empower her clients on their journeys to a healthier lifestyle, Gigii envisioned a safe place that would allow them to work on their bodies and their mental, simultaneously. That vision became a reality when in 2021 when Gigii opened a members only fitness studio, BodyCamp by Gigii, where members are considered family.

As her brand BodyCamp by Gigii grows, Gigii continues to focus on what originally motivated her to change her life, self-love. She highlights the connection between fitness and loving yourself unconditionally and works to ensure that every aspect of the BodyCamp by Gigii brand embodies the phrase, "When you truly love yourself, you want the absolute best for yourself!"
