After giving birth to my second daughter, I let myself go. I remember looking in the mirror and feeling so uncomfortable and unsexy. In 2020, I visited my sister in Texas and I while sitting at her table, I happened to stumble over a “Gigi Williams” Facebook page… I went thru her page and was so amazed with her journey… I remembered telling my sister “I think she’s the one for me… when you see me again I’m not going to look like a cow anymore, I promise 😂” She laughed, but I meant it and I was determined to feel good about myself again! I reached out to Gigi and I swear this was the best decision ever made… From 170 to 140 lbs in 3 months 🙌🏾💪🏽… I look and feel amazing. Gigi was very welcoming and provided so much valuable information. I am glad I didn’t give up and now have the tools needed to maintain my new lifestyle.

Body Camp By Gigii has been the icing on the cake for me. Being able to have the foods I absolutely love and still maintain my weight has been the main reason I joined BCBG. Learning to eat healthy, balanced meals, and snacks made up of foods I really enjoy has helped me live free from the tyranny of food obsession. The ultimate goal was to gain knowledge of how to live and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Knowing that I was able to walk away from the program with a much better understanding of food and being OK with it has been a game changer. These ladies create meal plans for you follow, they focus on overall wellness, which includes sleep, water intake, stress levels, self-care, just to name a following those simple guidelines and sticking to a routine my life has never been the same. Living a healthy and active lifestyle has inspired me to fight, thrive, and most of all pay it forward. BCBG is a force to be reckoned with. These ladies are beyond amazing. They go above and beyond for their clients. With their support, I've learned how to love and appreciate my body. I now have all the tools necessary to maintain my new lifestyle.

Joining BCBG was the best decision I’ve made regarding my health. Initially, I thought this was a program to get my body back in shape but it turns out that it’s a complete transformation of Mind, Body, & Soul! Throughout this journey I’ve felt comfortable enough to share my insecurities and turn them into targets with the help of committed accountability coaches. Sometimes its hard facing the truth and being honest with yourself. We have all encountered that moment where we lose our confidence trying on a dress that doesn’t fit right, or realizing the jacket you bought a month ago is getting too tight. It’s the little self reflection moments that give you that final push to realize that this is my body and I have the power to change it. You realize the excuses are just that, excuses and that if you want something you have to go for it. I myself have tried many diet plans that only worked momentarily and I would get discouraged and give up. It wasn’t until I met Gigii that I realized that being healthy and feeling healthy was a lifestyle and I needed to change in order achieve my goals. When I started with her I was at my heaviest but she gave me the motivation and the discipline that I needed to keep going. It’s not only about exercising but also making the choice to learn about your body, what foods work best for u, building your confidence, and learning about the importance of preparation and meal planning. Those key elements were crucial to my success and I wouldn’t have been able to lose 30lbs without her. She has given me the necessary tools and education in order to continue this lifestyle journey and live my best life!
